PLEASE NOTE: Stays booked between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend are 7-night minimum stays. For stays booked Labor Day to Memorial Day, nightly rates are based on 4 guests with a 2-night minimum and reduced cleaning fee (except when noted). Additional guests (above 4) are $50 per person per night.

 

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
