Just 37 feet from the water's edge, you'll be immersed in amazing sunsets, loon calls, and the tranquil beauty of Dollar Lake. The cozy living room occupies the original 1895 cabin, featuring the first of three fireplaces and panoramic view of the lake. The updated chef's kitchen makes cooking a dream with large island, Viking range, 2 dishwashers and room for everyone around the table and fireplace. The game room will keep everyone entertained on a rainy day with a large smart TV, sectional seating, game table and loads of fun. The second level features a sitting room with vaulted ceiling, workspace, and fireplace — a cozy place to converse, read a book or tackle a puzzle. You'll also find four unique queen-sized bedrooms and a laundry area. The kids will rush to the sleeping loft — the perfect hangout spot after a day of swimming.
Outside you'll enjoy the large permanent pier and floating swim dock, sandy-bottom swim area and plenty of water toys to keep you busy all day. Just outside the kitchen is a large patio featuring a 5-burner gas grill and a Solo Stove® Yukon fire pit, surrounded by comfortable Adirondack seating.
Just 5 minutes from downtown Eagle River, private Dollar Lake is the host to The USA Hockey Pond Hockey National Championships and the Subaru Winter Experience. The property is adjacent to 500+ miles of snowmobile trails, and just minutes from your choice of boat launches on the Eagle River Chain of 28 Lakes. Enjoy hiking and other silent sports in the nearby Nicolet National Forest. 40 minutes from Rhinelander-Oneida County Regional Airport (RHI) with daily service to Minneapolis / Saint Paul (MSP).

About the Owner
Angie and Kevin retired early from their careers, Angie as a Creative Director an apparel retailer and Kevin as a Project Manager in commercial construction. In 2020, they sold their house and most of their possessions and, along with their daughter Lauren and Weimaraner Max, traveled full time in an RV for 8 months before settling down in Eagle River, WI. They are now realizing their dream of helping families continue the tradition of the “Up North” family vacation by creating unique, upscale vacation rental destinations.Amenities
